The AACE International Recommended Practices (RPs) are intended to be the main technical foundation of our educational, and certification products and services. The RPs are a series of documents that contain valuable reference information that has been subject to a rigorous review process and recommended for use by the AACE International Technical Board. Available here at any given time free to members and free of charge with non-member registered access for a limited time. Non-members must first set up a user account in our Portal in order to access, to register click here to create a new user account. AACE International Recommended Practice (RP) Development Guidelines

Q: May I place AACE’s Recommended Practices directly on my company or organization web site?

A: No. Our recommended practices (RPs) are updated frequently and we have a policy that while we will allow complimentary downloads of the recommended practices from our website, we do not authorize them being made available directly from other organizational sites, including our own local sections.

This can be readily remedied by having your company or organization website provide a direct link to the AACE International website for the appropriate recommended practice.

Should you wish to include a link to the RPs, it should be: www.aacei.org/resources/rp.

This will not only assure that all website visitors may have access, but be assured of having the latest version of any recommended practice.

To date, AACE International's RPs include the following documents:
