AACE’s Corporate & Organizational Membership Program (COMP) identifies your company as a leader in the industry.
AACE – where corporate executives, construction managers, cost estimators, cost engineers, educators, litigators, private consultants, professional engineers, project controls specialists, project managers, risk analysts, planners and schedulers come together to enhance their careers, their business, and the total cost management profession. AACE provides opportunities to keep you where you want to be – on top of the emerging practices in total cost management.
Whether your interest is in the cultivation of business-to-business contacts, professional development of your staff, or becoming involved in the development of industry practices, AACE’s COMP empowers your business. The COMP package of membership benefits and services is designed to ensure a tangible return on your investment while offering leadership and educational opportunities for your staff.
AACE’s COMP is a package of benefits designed to encourage companies to develop the skills of the cost and management employees through AACE membership. AACE’s COMP consists of eight paid employee memberships with the option of additional memberships a reduced rate compared to standard membership rates.
A bimonthly copy of Cost Engineering journal will be provided to each of your COMP employees. Cost Engineering journal is AACE’s official bimonthly publication to members. It is an ongoing communication link for the latest technical and non-technical information.
In alternating months, AACE’s Source magazine is sent to all of your employees. Source, a bimonthly digital magazine, keeps members informed on the latest AACE news, events, and provides additional access to technical information.
AACE members receive free access to the online version of AACE’s TCM Framework®, the body-of-knowledge publication. Total Cost Management (TCM) is a systematic approach to managing cost throughout the life cycle of any enterprise, program, facility, project, product or service. The TCM Framework: An Integrated Approach to Portfolio, Program, and Project Management is a structured, annotated process map that for the first time explains each practice area of the cost engineering field in the context of its relationship to the other practice areas including allied professions.
AACE members also receive free access to the Recommended Practices which are intended to be the main technical foundation for all of AACE’s educational and certification products and services. The RPs are a series of documents that contain valuable reference information that has been subject to a rigorous review process and are recommended for use by the AACE Technical Board.
Each COMP member’s local section fees are included in their COMP fees. AACE local sections are an excellent means for your employees to network with other experienced professionals and hone their own leadership skills. Offering presentations from local industry speakers, facility tours, and social events – Section meetings are an important way to expand contacts and to gain up-to-date information.
COMPs are listed in each issue of Source magazine - including a link to your company’s website.
