Project Scheduling is an intensive two-day workshop. It is designed for project managers and their staff as well as any other project personnel who need to understand principles of scheduling and use of schedules in the management of projects. This workshop provides practical, results-oriented demonstrations of the effective use of scheduling systems.
At the conclusion of this workshop each student will better understand how his/her commercial project scheduling package identifies the critical path calculates float (slack) resource levels projects and supports what if analyses.
