| Update your abstract if needed to ensure it reflects the contents of your paper. |
| Download copyright release and biographical data forms and submit with your paper (part of the Transactions Author Guidelines). |
| Complete your paper in word and submit it to the publications department by January 31, 2009. |
| Download and use one of the presentation slide templates
then submit your slides by March 31, 2009. |
| Register for the meeting no later than May
15, 2009. |
