Your AACE ID# is the number automatically assigned to you when you registered for an exam or membership. The number is the same, even if you are not a member. The database software assigns a number as records are created.
Chances are you did not log in, but instead created a new profile. If you experience this issue, please contact Headquarters Certification Staff immediately for the correct login information. Note: If you're an AACE member, you will first be taken to the Members Only area.
You can get to your profile by clicking on the Portal Services link on the left menu.
To register for an examination, you must visit the AACE International website to apply & pay for
an exam. Webassessor is only used for scheduling your certification exam, after receiving clearance from AACE Certification Staff.
If your 6 month registration period has not expired, and you have not used three attempts within the same 6 month period, you are likely eligible to register at the resit fee. Contact AACE Certification Staff if you are unsure prior to registering.
AACE International has a strict no refund policy. Fees paid include our services, such as professional review of an application and eligibility verification documentation. You are responsible to be aware of eligibility requirements, policies and procedures prior to submitting registration and payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a resume, an application, or employment contracts for verification
as these items are only what you claim; what you claim has to be verified. To verify a degree, we will accept a copy of your diploma or transcripts (scan a copy and send as an attachment in an email). Verification of work can simply be a short paragraph from your supervisor stating how long you have
been employed and a brief description of your duties. If you are unable to contact a previous employer, we will accept a statement from your current employer verifying your previous experience. If you are self-employed, you can write a short paragraph explaining your work situation and then have the signature notarized.
The letter must be on letterhead, include your name, how long you have been employed, a brief description of your duties, signature and printed name and title of your supervisor. The information can be submitted electronically via email attachment.
If the request was included in an examination registration email confirmation for a resit, chances are you will not have to resubmit your eligibility verification documentation. The email confirmation is a general template sent to confirm all certification registrations. If you are in doubt, simply email email@example.com to confirm.
Chances are your file may be older than 2010, and your documentation could not be located. With various personnel transitions, relocation, and record growth, some data may have been misplaced or lost. Please cooperate with our efforts to ensure every record is accurate and complete.
No. Our services, such as professional review of an application and eligibility verification documentation are included in your exam fees. Therefore, we do not review or approve eligibility without an official application and full payment.
CCT & CST exam results are given immediately upon completion of the exam.
CCP, CEP, CFCC, DRMP, EVP & PSP exam results are not given immediately, as the written portions of the exam (technical paper/memo/essay) must
be graded and averaged with your multiple choice exam result.
You will have 30 days from the date of your examination registration to submit your technical paper (therefore, you do not want to register until you have begun to write, or have completed, your technical paper, so that you do not lose time).
No. You do not need to take your clearance letter from AACE to the testing
center. You will need to take your Kryterion examination scheduling confirmation email, which contains your exam authorization code (to launch your exam).
If taking the CEP, CFCC, DRMP, EVP or PSP exam, you will need to know your AACE ID#. You will need to provide this number in your written memo/essay response(s). It is best to have your AACE ID# memorized as you are not permitted to bring any outside material with you (except for CFCC, which is an open book exam).
