The AACE Technical Board was created by a change in the
constitution and bylaws in 1998. Prior to that time, an elected
VP-Technical and 3 elected Technical Directors all served on the
AACE Board of Directors in addition to a separate Recommended
Practices and Standards Board. Currently the Technical Board is one
of the three associate boards reporting to the AACE Board of
Directors through the Vice President - T/E/C
(Technical/Education/Certification).
