Editor’s Note: The editorial calendar is based upon peer reviewed technical papers that receive high evaluation grades by Annual Meeting and/or International TCM Conference attendees, as well as high scores from the Cost Engineering Journal Review Committee. This can result in duplicate Editorial Calendar themes throughout a year. Abstracts for potential presentation/publication can be submitted during our Annual Call for Papers. We have a combined call for both meetings and the submission deadline will be Aug. 31, 2013 for the 2014 meetings. Top scoring papers move on for possible publication in the CE journal. Other than the annual Call for Papers, unsolicited abstracts are not accepted or reviewed at other times of the year because of the work load of our volunteer review committee members, and for the additional vetting of actual meeting presentation.
