This award is to publicly
recognize and honor the educational teaching achievements over an
extended period of time by an individual who is a member of the cost
engineering professional community. The recipient must have advanced
the skills and knowledge of cost engineering through teaching,
writing, editing, and/or publishing educational materials used to
train and educate present and future cost professionals.
