Nominating Committee Chair Michael Nosbisch CCC PSP has announced the results of balloting for the 2013-2014 AACE International Board of Directors and proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws.
Martin R. Darley, CCC, currently serving as Vice President-Administration, was elected as to a one-year term as President Elect in balloting that ended on March 15. Darley will become president during the 2014-15 year that will begin with the Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA June 15-18, 2014.
Nicholas L. Kellar, CCC EVP PSP, serving as Director-Region 6, was elected to a two-year as Vice President-Administration.
Donald F. McDonald, Jr. PE CCE PSP was selected as the Vice President-Technical/Education/Certification. With the approval of the constitution and bylaws changes that will take effect in 2014-2015, McDonald will serve one-year before the position of Vice President-T/E/C is discontinued in favor of having direct representation by the associate Technical, Education, and Certification Boards on the Board of Directors.
In the Region Director races being decided in 2013, Mark G. Cundiff, PSP, ran unopposed as Director-Region 3 while
David A. Norfleet, CCC CFCC was elected as Director-Region 5. John L. Haynes, PSP, was elected Director-Region 6, and
Asoka K. Pillai, CCE EVP FAACE, was elected unopposed as Director-Region 8. All four individuals will serve two-year terms that will begin at the Board of Directors meeting in Washington, DC on July 3, 2013.
Nosbisch also noted that the proposed Constitution and Bylaws amendments received overwhelming approval with 90.3% of all ballots cast in favor of the proposals. The amendments will take place effective July 1, 2014.

Basak P.Eng FAACE, Philips Tharakan Mulackal CCE EVP, Michael B. Pritchett CCE CEP, and Dr. Stephen P. Warhoe PE CCE CFCC FAACE,” Nosbisch concluded.
