AACE International Membership Increases By 6.6%

November 12, 2012

As of October 31, AACE International membership increased by 6.6% compared to the same time last year. With a total paid membership of 8,267 compared to 7,751 in 2011, the current membership totals represent the highest membership level in the Association’s 56-year history.

AACE International leadership attributes the increase to a variety of factors including increased activity in the international arena which recently led to the addition of a ninth region, more emphasis on the Member-Get-A-Member campaign, improved benefits such as the Online Learning Center and the Virtual Total Cost Management Framework and a more energized membership base overall.

To encourage members to recruit new members, AACE International offers a Member Get-A-Member program. Individuals who sponsor a new member before April 1, 2013, will be placed in a drawing and the winner of the drawing will receive round trip airfare, hotel accommodations and complimentary registration to attend the 2013 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, plus $500 for incidentals. In addition, AACE will have a quarterly drawing during the year for $250 in credit for AACE logo items from the new Lands' End store featuring AACE International merchandise.

A video membership promotional presentation narrated by a professional actor is available online to assist members in recruiting new members. To review the presentation, go here.
