The International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) has released its October 2012
Roundup, a newsletter that captures highlights of the various cost engineering organization from around the world that comprise the association. Among the highlights of the publication are accounts of The 2012 ICEC World Congress held in Durban, South Africa from June 23-27. The event was hosted by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS) and supported by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and the South African Project Controls Institute (SAPCI). AACE International is a founding member of ICEC.
