International Total Cost Management Conference Registrants to Receive Special Commemorative Edition of The Total Cost Management Framework
May 21, 2012 All paid registrants to the International Total Cost Management Conference November 14-15, 2012 in Dubai, UAE will receive a special commemorative edition of TCM Framework: An Integrated Approach to Portfolio, Program and Project Management. The special commemorative edition is a gift to attendees from John K. Hollmann PE CCE owner of Validation Estimating, editor of the highly respected publication in recognition of the first AACE International educational meeting held outside of North America.
TCM Framework is a structured, annotated process map that for the first time explains each practice area of the cost engineering field in the context of its relationship to the other practice areas including allied professions. As the book subtitle says, it is
an integrated approach to portfolio, program and project maangement. The book regularly retails for $60.
In addition to the TCM Framework book, registrants will also receive a USB-drive with more than
