In keeping with our accreditation guidelines of the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB), the Certification Board of AACE International announces the 2011 Annual Certification Progress Report is now available and published on our website for review here.
To summarize, the report reveals a 21% increase in 2011 active certifications, compared to 2010, with a grand total of 3,717 certified individuals.
The Certification Board is also pleased to report the results of the Amnesty Program, whereby previously expired certified individuals were given an opportunity to regain their credentials until December 31, 2011. Under the program, 90 applications have been received; 74 have successfully regained their credentials to date, while several applications are still pending due to documentation currently being evaluated.
