The International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) has extended their Call
for Papers for their 8th World Congress taking place on June 23 - 27,
2012. The congress will be hosted by The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS)
and will take place at the International Convention Centre in
Durban, South Africa. The deadline for submitting abstracts is has been
extended to November 7, 2011.
