AACE International releases Quarterly Update on 2011-12 Operations Plan

In accordance with the provisions of the Strategic Plan adopted by the Board of Directors in April 2011, AACE International is releasing its first quarterly update for the 2011-12 Operations Plan. The Operations Plan embodies elements of the approved Strategic Plan as well as other projects and programs approved by the Board of Directors for implementation in 2011-12. The Operations Plan helps prioritize association resources and focuses attention on those programs and projects that the Board of Directors determines have the highest priority for implementation in the coming year.
The Operations Plan will be reviewed and modified as needed at the next Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 16-17, 2011 in Morgantown, WV. Updates on the plan will be published quarterly, culminating with the Annual Meeting in San Antonio, TX July 8-11, 2012. To review the Operations Plan, click here.
