The AACE International Board of Directors approved the following as Fellows at their summer meeting on June 17, 2011:
Robert B. Brown PE – Bob joined AACE in 1994 and has been elected has served multiple terms on AACE’s Board of Directors as Director-Region 4 (2000-2002) and two terms as Vice President-Finance (2002-2004; 2004-2006). He has been a long-standing member of AACE’s Technical Board serving in multiple terms as a Director (1996-2000; 2006-Present). He is a frequent author and presenter at AACE’s Annual Meetings and a contributor to multiple AACE Recommended Practices. Bob is a Senior Consultant with Coordinated Construction Project Controls. Bob has previously been honored by AACE as the recipient of the TCM Excellence Award (2007).
Douglas W. Leo CCC CEP – Doug joined AACE in 1994 and became a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) in 1998 and was grandfathered in as a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) in 2008 following his work on the CEP Certification Task Force. He has been active with the Genesee Valley Section serving as an officer since 1994 including four terms as President. He was elected to AACE leadership as a member of AACE’s Board of Directors as Director-Region 2 (2002-2004). He has served as the co-chair of the Estimating Technical Sub-Committee since 2000 and as the chair of AACE’s Constitution & Bylaws Committee since 2004. He is a frequent author and presenter at AACE’s Annual Meetings. Doug is a Management Consultant at Censeo Project Solutions.
Todd Pickett CCC CEP – Todd joined AACE in 1994 and became a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) in 2001 and was grandfathered in as a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) in 2008 following his work on the CEP Certification Task Force. Todd is a member of AACE’s Technical Board (2005-Present) and is currently serving as Director of Professional Practice Guides and Special Interest Groups. He serves as a grader of the technical paper for the CCC/CCE examinations. Todd is a frequent author and presenter at AACE’s Annual Meetings as well as an author or contributor to AACE’s Recommended Practices. Todd is a Principal at Conquest Consulting Group.
Joseph W. Wallwork PE CCE CFCC PSP – Joe became a member of AACE in 1995. He became a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) in 1996, a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC) in 2008, and a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) in 2006. Joe has been elected to leadership positions in the Metro New York Section serving three terms as president. He was elected to AACE leadership as a member of AACE’s Board of Directors as Director-Region 2 (2000-2002) and Vice President-Regions (2002-2004). He served on AACE’s Marketing Committee (2004-2008), as a member of AACE’s Technical Board (2004-2006) and as Technical Board Co-Chair (2004-2005). He, along with other members of the Technical Board, received special thanks in the preface of the TCM Framework by editors John K. Hollmann PE CCE Wesley Querns CCE, for work in helping the TCM Framework find its way into the hands of AACE’s members and the total cost management community. Joe is a Group Manager at The Louis Berger Group and an Independent Member of the Audit Committee of the New York Housing Authority.
