AACE's Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Julian A. J. Anderson CCC,
Mahendra P. Bhatia P. Eng, and Bruce G. Elliott CCC have been approved as Fellows.
Mr. Julian A. Anderson CCC joined AACE in 1992 and became a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) in 1994. After relocating from his native Australia, he helped found the Hawaii Section while living there and revitalize the Arizona Section after moving to Phoenix for work. Julian served as a member of AACE's Certification Board from 2004-2005 and has contributed his serves to Certification as a paper grader since 2008. He is a well-respected author and presenter. Julian was recently named a member of the RICS Americas governing board. In addition to AACE, Julian has also received the status of Fellow from RICS and AIQS.
Mr. Mahendra P.S. Bhatia has been a member of AACE since 1979. He has served on the Chinook-Calgary Section Board in some capacity since 1995, most notably serving two terms as President (1999-2000 and 2007-2008). He has served as a member of AACE's Education Board (2004-2008), as the AACE Canada Representative to ICEC (2006-2009), and was elected to AACE's Board of Directors as Director-Region 1 (2002-2004).
Mahendra is a well-respected author and educator presenting numerous skills and knowledge workshops over the years.
Mr. Bruce G. Elliott CCC joined AACE in 1989 and became a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) in 2000. Bruce has been an officer in the Genesee Valley Section since 2006, a member of AACE's Cost Estimating Committee, served as a member of the Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) task force, and a member of AACE's Constitution and Bylaws Committee since 2004. He is a well attended presenter and author at AACE's Annual Meetings, Professional Practice Guides, and Recommended Practices. Bruce was previously recognized by AACE as the recipient of the Charles V. Keane Distinguished Service Award (2003).
