Basic Function: My role within the Maintenance Operation Workflow Process (MOWP) is to develop planned job packages for maintenance repair work and improvement projects based on priorities established by the Production Maintenance Coordinator (PMC/gatekeeper). The job plans must full satisfy the notification scope and include all materials, services, resources, and appropriate scheduling logic between individual operations or task. I insure that sufficient amount of work is planned to satisfy production needs as well as the available man-hour capacity.

Responsibilities:
My function/role/position is responsible for the following:
* Providing necessary planning information that insures safe efficient execution of critical priority 1 - 4 jobs/improvement projects/shutdowns.
* Participating in the management of notification and work order
backlog management.
* Reviewing backlog and planning list for duplicates.
* Grouping notifications together that can be planned and worked as a
single order that optimizes utilization of resources.
* Insuring plans were in places that meet the timing requirements of the process units.
* Checking for understanding of scope through notification text and
field work through.
* Changing notification(s) to orders which includes:
* Insuring that order type and maintenance activity types were
accurately assigned on the order.
* Using or creating task lists for repetitive jobs.
* Using of creating BOMs where appropriate
* Building of copying the job plan that clearly shows:
* the special instructions and required documentation such as MOC
information , QA/QC needs, piping schematics, etc...
* Required skill crafts and duration.
* Specialty tools, equipment.
* Optimal scheduling logic between operations/tasks.
* Operation for capital spare repair, where necessary.
* Reservation or purchase order for necessary commodities
(components)/equipment.
* Participating in bidding process and requisitioning for third party
services.
* Forwarding job packages to supervision.
* Soliciting feedback on executed jobs plans and making any necessary changes to insure planning and work efficiencies continued to improve.
