The main contractor was EL NASR BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (EGYCO) and specialized contractor was Specialized Contracting & Industries Co. one of Osman group companies. The project fund was by THE SWEDISH INTERNATIONAL Development Agency and the United States Agency for International Development USAID Grant No. 174-263 and the owner was The National Organization for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage (NOPWASD) And Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA).

MOUBARK CIVILIZED PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT DAMITTA GOVERNORATE (DEVELOPMENT OF DAMITTA CORNISH).
The Main contractor was (Arab contractor Osman Ahmed Osman), north delta branch.
