CEO Training Advantages

By choosing AACE International’s CEO training, you not only give your employees quality courses at an exceptional price, you also minimize staff travel costs and time out of the office. "Downtime" and travel costs are major obstacles to providing the necessary continuing education they need to stay on top of their field. These obstacles often increase the cost of continuing education by 2-3 times. Onsite training is the obvious answer!

The professional staff at AACE International will be happy to work with you to customize our courses to fit your needs and schedule. Contact AACE's professional education department at 800.858.COST or +1.304.2968444, and let us help you meet your company's training needs with a quality-driven, professional seminar at your company's site.

Details, Details, Details...

We refer to the AACE International series of onsite professional seminars as our CEO (Corporate Educational Opportunities) Program. The CEO Program is administered by AACE International’s Headquarters office within the parameters established by the AACE Education Board, which is comprised of volunteers from industry and academia.

All courses offered in our CEO Program have been previously evaluated by student critiques to ensure that the classes we offer are of the highest quality. We will provide critique sheets for your attendees so you will be able to immediately see how your employees valued the class. The courses that we offer in the CEO Program are constantly judged in this manner to qualify for continued use.

AACE International awards continuing education units (CEUs) to all students in accordance with the criteria established by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). This is verified by issuing all students certificates that show the specific information about the course attended and the CEUs earned. They are signed by the instructor(s) and handed out upon completion of the course.

General Arrangements

Your Role As Corporate Representative — Unless otherwise arranged, your representative (training officer, or other designated official) will have the responsibility of arranging the in-company logistics, and formally asking us to arrange the course. This entails:

  • Authorizing us to proceed by giving AACE International a standard letter of agreement authorizing us to arrange the course and specifying the what, when, and where of the course selected, plus how the cost would be handled by your company;
  • Making contact with your employees and notifying them of where and when the course will be held, and giving us a count of how many students to prepare materials for;
  • Arranging a suitable training room that includes audio-visual equipment required by the instructor;
  • Providing AACE International with a list of names of attendees and their titles prior to the training so that cards, and CEU certificates with full names can be prepared before the course; and
  • Arranging any refreshments you feel appropriate, such as ice water, coffee, or food.

The general arrangements for a class vary with the course. Typically, there is a "course notebook," and other materials, such as commercial books, may be required and will be included in the course fee. We will be pleased to give you a course fee upon request. It is our intent to maximize the quality of the training experience at your site.

Course Fee—The fee for these training seminars is based on a minimum of ten persons. The sessions are held in the client’s facilities or at a convenient location you select. The amount will vary with the scope of the course held, but you’ll find the cost to be very economical when compared to the cost of sending your staff to distant cities and paying the cost of training, hotels, meals, and transportation. The suggested number of attendees for an onsite training class should be between 15 and 20 to maximize the benefits.
