Course Outline

This is a fully integrated course designed specifically for early to mid career professional practitioners to ensure their knowledge, skills and competencies are current with internationally recognized and accepted "Best Practices of the Profession" of Project Management/Cost Engineering. This course has been designed specifically for English as Second Language (ESL) practitioners and has been created to take full advantage of the customs, values, learning styles, and culture common throughout Southeast and Eastern Asia. The course is based on the philosophy of experiential learning, where the participants are given "Projects" which have been crafted in such a manner as to require demonstrated ability to use the tools and techniques normally and customarily associated with Project Management and/or Cost Engineering.

The format will follow very much along the lines of Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," as the teams will be assigned a project and will have to demonstrate their competency in mastering the methods, tools, and techniques associated with Project Management/Cost Engineering, and do so while constrained by Time, Cost, Quality and Ethical considerations.
