The basics of planning & scheduling are explored as participants learn principles to apply immediately from the seminar. The instructors provide real life experience in the application of this management tool and will demonstrate techniques while the participants work through a construction related sample. Attendees will not only gain a working knowledge of the project management software, but also an understanding of what the software is calculating.
