Please refer to the table below for recertification details.

RENEWABLE?CCT and CST certification is not renewable. CCT and CST certification provide distinction, while gaining additional professional experience to progress to the professional certification level.CCC/CCE, CEP, CFCC, DRMP, EVP & PMP certification is renewable every three years.
RECERTIFICATION
BY CREDIT PLAN:
Not applicableRecertification by Credit Plan requires the accumulation of 15 CEUs over a 3-year period. CEUs are earned through various activities categorized in the Recertification Handbook & Application found here
RECERTIFICATION
BY EXAM:
Not applicableRecertification by Examination requires registration, payment, and passing the examination every 3 years.
Note: The technical paper is not required for CCC/CCE recertification by examination.

For all renewable certifications, AACE ‘s Certification Department will notify you approximately two months prior to the impending expiration of your certification(s) and provide instructions on how to recertify. It is your responsibility to ensure the recertification application is submitted on time and with the proper documentation. All certifications not renewed by the expiration date will result in an expired status immediately.

If you hold more than one AACE Certification, you are only required to submit one recertification application with 15 CEUs. The application and credits are applied to all active certifications, pending approval (this does not apply to recertification by re-examination).
