Overview:
This course teaches strategies for effective and successful
project scope, time, and cost management through introduction of
planning and scheduling techniques and best practices. The course steps
through each element of planning and scheduling, including inputs and
data through the project plan to schedule development and maintenance.
Students will learn the elements of planning and scheduling, calculation
methods, and applications. Case studies and exercises provide
opportunities for students to work together and apply their new
