This is a two-day course designed to prepare candidates for AACE’s
Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification exam. Professionals
attending the EVP certification review course should be fairly
knowledgeable and have some project/program experience.
AACE International's newest certification program is designed to
recognize the Earned Value Management Professional. The EVP
certification program offers specialty credentials for the
professional
who wants to validate his/her skills and be designated as an EVP.
Many professionals practice earned value management principles
during the project life-cycle. Until now, there has been no
certification effectively measuring the Earned Value Professional’s
capabilities - except through real-life performance. AACE's EVP
certification provides an exam and experience validation that
lets industry and users identify those who are competent
professionals within the EVM discipline.
Attendees who are interested in sitting for the EVP Certification
exam on Saturday, June 28th may do so as a separate event. They must
complete and submit the appropriate application and fees,
demonstrating their eligibility.
Attendees should bring a calculator. Attendees should come prepared
to work planning and scheduling exercises in a workshop format.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Who Would Benefit by Attending? This course is intended for anyone in the
