Download copyright release and biographical data forms and submit with your paper (part of the Transactions Author Guidelines). Complete your paper in word and submit it to the publications department by January 31, 2009. Download and use one of the presentation slide templates then submit your slides by March 31, 2009. Register for the meeting no later than May 15, 2009.
