Return Policy
Bookstore Return Policy

You may return unused items purchased at AACE International Bookstore within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without pre-authorization by AACE International Headquarters.. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please Note: There is a 20% Restocking Fee if returned item is not damaged.

The following items may not be returned: CD's that are not mechanically defective.

Services Refund Policy
  • Refunds for the 2010 Annual Meeting will only be given for cancellations received by May 25, 2010, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. Refunds are not given after May 25, 2010. Authorized refunds will be made within 60 days from the date of the request.

  • Any/all Certification fees are non-refundable. You may re-sit for an exam if you did not attend for an additional $100.00 Re-Sit fee.

  • Any/all Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Job Posting fees are non-refundable.

  • Distance Learning Course fees
    • If book is included in course:
      1. Withdrawal postmarked at least one working day before the first day of class – total fee less a $125 cancellation fee.
    • If book is not included in course:
      1. Withdrawal postmarked at least one working day before the first day of class – total fee less a $25 cancellation fee.
    • Refund requests postmarked on or after the first day and no later than two weeks after the first day of class will be refunded 65% of the fee, after which time there is no refund.
    • Decision on withdrawals and refunds will be based on the date when the written withdrawal notice is received by AACE International. Drops done by mail are effective as of the postmark date.

  • AEP Provider Fees are non-refundable.
