- Why am I unable to login?
- We switched to a new database on April 9, 2012 and everyone should
have received an email stating their new login information.
- Your username is now your primary email address
- Your temporary password is AACE and your member/customer number, i.e AACE12345. The system will prompt you to change your password after you have logged into the AACE Portal Services area.

- We encourage you to send your colleague the link to AACE’s online membership presentation. This provides the prospective member with a brief overview of the many benefits available to members. Click here to view the presentation.

- If I signed up for a membership or renewed my membership today when will I get member prices?
- Membership is now automatic, when you pay for your renewal or pay for a new membership, your membership privledges are automatically updated.
- I can login to the Portal, but am not
seeing Members' Only services.
- Make sure that your membership is current. If your membership has lapsed you won't have access to those
privileged areas. When you login you will be taken directly to
Members' Only services unless your membership has lapsed.
- Why doesn't the membership directory include all the members?
- We sent out an email in April 2012 instructing members how to make sure they're included in the membership directory. When we switched over to the new database in order to protect member privacy the system doesn't mark any address automatically to show up in the directory. Members have to login then go to AACE Portal Services, then select My Profile, from there click on Edit Information and check the Box for Show in Directory for any addresses you want other members to be able to search for you from.

- You should have been sent a renewal notice by email or mail with instructions to renew, but just in case here are the instructions
- Login using the Login link at the top right of the page
- Go to AACE Portal Services
- Click on My Purchases
- Click on the Pay Open Orders button, if you have no open orders contact membership services at membership@aacei.org
